"Coach DeGrenier has been working with Zach for only two years before he ever threw one pass as a QB in a game. He started Zach on the basics of footwork, arm position, and scanning downfield - as Zach’s skills grew in these areas, so did his confidence. Zach's Club Team Coach was amazed at the incredible growth he showed in just a short time of working with Chad.
Zach's mom and I credit the training Coach DeGrenier has done with Zach, which enables him to continue to compete at a very high level for his High School.
Coach D and Zach then really stepped up his training during the Summer before Zach's Freshman Season at Pinnacle. They discussed and practiced advanced concepts, such as reading defenses, pocket protection, and really emphasized accuracy. Zach had a great Freshman year, which I attribute mostly to his work with Coach DeGrenier. Recently (March 2019) Zach was named the "QB MVP" during the Team USA tryouts for the National Team. He received this distinction over older and more experienced QBs.
Chad's experience and guidance continue to prepare Zach for a possible future as a college QB. "

“My son's high school football career was exciting for my son, Phillip Aholt, as well as our family. With Coach D's insight and leadership, Coach D put Phillip in the best situation for success all 4 years. He molded Phillip from a freshman QB with good success to the epic senior season where the Cactus Shadow Falcon's were the best in the state at 15-0.
During Phillip's varsity QB career he compiled almost 8,500 yds in passing and 94 touchdown passes. By the time Phillip finished his senior year he was a member of a State Championship Team and held 3 State Individual Records and a host of local awards.
Coach D is able to see something in young men and get them to believe in themselves and their teammates.
He took a varsity squad of almost all sophomores in 2004 that lived through a brutal season given the difference in size and strength and turned them into the 2006 State Champions. If your child is willing to do the work, Coach D is the guy to take them to the top.”

My 11-year-old, 5th grade son, has been training with Chad DeGrenier as his quarterback coach once a week for the past year. With the exception of occasional vacations or holidays, my son never misses a training session with Chad and counts the days until his lessons. I cannot begin to express how impressed I have been and continue to be, with Chad’s teaching skills, training drills, and mentorship. He is simply the best football coach and instructor that has worked with my son, and that I have ever met. As a parent, I’m also very pleased with his demeanor towards my son.
Chad treats my son with dignity and respect, he is very kind, but he’s not afraid to point out my son’s mistakes, holding him to a very high standard.
When my son makes mistakes, Chad never berates him, instead, he clearly coaches him on the fundamental skills that help him correct the error, and in short, the order has my son throwing bullets. But the real proof of Chad’s skills as a quarterback coach is the incredible strides that my son has made over the past year. It would be impossible for me to be happier with the training that my son has received from Chad, and I can say without a doubt that hiring Chad has been the single best decision I’ve made for my son’s development as a quarterback, and as a football player in general.
