Coaching Philosophy

A coach can make all the difference in the world regarding an athlete’s performance.  A coach should push an athlete to his or her limits, taking the athlete to places they thought they could never go.  A coach should lead by using positive reinforcement and recognizing each athlete's learning style.

At Gotta Believe® training our highly qualified coaches incorporate all of the above.  Our coaching philosophy is to incorporate a positive, safe, and exciting environment.  Promoting physical, psychological, and cognitive development for athletes at all levels is the goal of Gotta Believe®.

Physical Development

The most important goal at Gotta Believe® training is to maximize an athlete’s potential, so through our training program, he or she can become the best athlete and person they can be.

Psychological Development

While athletic performance is improving, the athlete’s self-confidence grows as well. This self-confidence transfers to other areas of an athlete’s life, such as schoolwork and personal relationships.

Cognitive Development

Cognitive development trains the athlete to recognize what he or she is doing and how it will contribute to his or her success. Once the athlete understands these concepts, they are able to coach themselves by remembering the things that are important to their performance.
