GAME-CHANGING RESULTS

  • Workouts are conducted by Gotta Believes highly qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches and contain the following elements: dynamic mobility and flexibility training, expert instruction in the major strength movements, core work, metabolic conditioning, speed, agility, as well as plyometric training.

  • Each athlete will be instructed how to push the ground and move in a quick athletic movement. The goal of the Athletic Speed, Quickness, and Agility Performance Clinic are to teach and help each participant improve over the course of the three-month program.

  • The concepts and principles taught in this camp are cutting edge. Three months of this age-appropriate intense physical training will lead to improved performance. We will increase speed, vertical, pro shuttle, and 40 time.

Ashlyn’s speed and agility have improved significantly since working with Chad and Gotta Believe.

“The experience working with Chad to help my daughter learn how to move with proper technique has paid huge dividends for her this year.

Through the agility and speed workouts Lilly reduced her 20-yard time from 3.67 to 3.2 from May to October. This has not only allowed for more infield hits but has given her increased confidence in her overall running ability. She has transitioned from one of the slowest girls on her team to the fastest. She now feels fast and confident as she is legging out a single or turning the corner for a triple.

Lilly is a pitcher and this work on her speed and strength helped her go from pitching in the 50-52 MPH range in March to 55-59 MPH in October. Her leg strength helped her achieve a personal best of 60 MPH while still 11 years old.

Chad does a great job working with the girls helping them understand the importance of proper technique and flexibility in the journey toward their goals.”

Ashlyn has been an athlete since she was 5 years old, playing competitive soccer and softball. One thing that she has struggled with was her speed/agility and running form. We started clinics with Chad DeGrenier a year ago and her improvement with her speed/agility and running form has been amazing!!

Her confidence from these clinics has followed her onto the soccer and softball fields and she is now "the fast kid" on her teams.

She continues to use the skills that Chad has taught her to be successful within her sports teams.
