The driving force behind Gotta Believe, LLC is none other than its founder, Chad DeGrenier. In 2002, Chad established the company with the core aim of providing comprehensive training, conditioning, and motivational guidance to athletes across all age groups. Central to its ethos is the holistic development of the mind, body, and spirit. Moreover, the establishment also boasts a scholarship foundation that extends financial aid to athletes who may otherwise lack the means to attend training camps.

Following his high school years, Chad was beckoned into the world of professional baseball by the San Diego Padres. Opting instead for a path in Division I college football, he achieved Honorable Mention All-American status in 1995. His journey led him to earn a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from Washington State University in 1996. He pursued further educational enrichment through master’s-level coursework in Leadership at Northern Arizona University.

Between 1998 and 2004, Chad made his mark in the Arena Football League as a player for the Arizona Rattlers (1998-2002) and the Carolina Cobras (2003). Amid his football pursuits, Chad also took on the role of teaching elementary physical education.

In 2009, Chad's leadership skills shone as he assumed the dual roles of General Manager and Head Coach for an Arena 2 team based in Provo, Utah. His inaugural year saw the team reach the semifinals, a testament to his strategic prowess.

Reaping the fruits of his dedication, Chad was named the Max Preps National Coach of the Year in 2006. His accolades also included the Arizona Republic Big School Coach of the Year award. Presently, Chad remains deeply involved in the field of education and coaching. He imparts his knowledge as a physical education teacher while concurrently serving as the Head Football Coach at MESA HIGH in Arizona.
